My mother, eldest son, sister, niece, and I had a New Year's drink at my parents' house. Take out the (special) Omabushi (5 to 6 servings, 5 eel balls, 16,790 yen including tax) at Unako. When I went to pick it up after the designated time of 4:30 p.m., the restaurant was already full and seemed to be as popular as ever. Both the general and the landlady seem to be doing well.
There is a kinshi tamago between the eel and the rice, and the rice is also covered in sauce. Aromatic dashi soup for hitsumabushi, green onion and wasabi condiments, and mozuku vinegar are also included. The eel kabayaki served by Unasachi, which was also my father's favorite when he was alive, is absolutely delicious. Eating freshly grilled kabayaki at a restaurant is, of course, delicious, but it's also delicious to have a drink with the whole family at home while you relax.

Year-end party at work? I went to eat hitsumabushi. It always smelled good every time I passed by. It was delicious.
This is one of the tastiest eel restaurants I've ever been to.
The chef was healthy and the eel tasted great and the grilling was perfect.
